Countryside Learning
Commencing 2021, donations collected during Millichope open gardens will go to Countryside Learning, to help it fulfill its mission, “to educate, inform and inspire children, parents and teachers, so that they can enjoy and appreciate the countryside while having a greater understanding of the wide range of issues surrounding it. We are a national registered charity (327091) formed in 1986.”
Wildegoose Nursery
Adjacent to Millichope Park, Wildegoose Nursery has been established by Jack & Laura Willgoss in the former Walled Garden of the Estate. Home to Bouts Viola collection, and featuring impressive fully restored glasshouses, the nursery offers a range of hardy perennials with a tearoom overlooking the gardens.
